门肺分流术后胸部X线观察(附33例报告)

Radiologic Observation of Chest Films After Portal-Pulmonary Veins shunt(Report of 33 cases)

本文对33例门脉高压症患者门肺分流术后的胸片进行了观察,重点分析了肺血管的改变。门肺分流术后,由于脾肺回流的建立,使肺血回流量增加,胸部X 线片可显示不同程度的左下肺纹理增多,这一现象经过网膜插管造影得到了证实,从而为临床远期效果的观察提供了重要参考依据。

The chest films taken after por-tal-pulmonary veins shunt performedon 33 patients with portal hyperten-sion were analysed,with emphasizingthe changes of pulmonary vascularity.The radiographs showed that the lungmarkings in the lower left quadrantwere increased,due to setting up ofsplenic-pulmonary circulation and theincrease of blood flow to the left lung.This phenomenon was confirmed by ga-stroepiploic arteriography,and it supp-lied a important reference criterion forevaluation of forward clinical effect.
