摘要
在对摩托车前液压阻尼减震器结构、受力分析的基础上 ,提出了简化的物理模型 ,建立了基于结构参数的减震器阻尼特性数学模型 ,分别给出了减震器各腔中压力在复原和压缩行程中的变化规律和计算公式 ,利用计算机模拟了实际的 1 2 5型摩托车前减震器外特性曲线 ,并与实测的示功图、速度特性进行了对比分析
Based on an analysis of the structure and stress of the front shock absorber of a motorcycle, this paper presents a simplified physical model, establishes a mathematics model for damping performance according to the structure parameters of front shock absorber, offers respectively the changing law and calculating formulas for the pressure in the restoration and compression stroke, and simulates the curve on the computer for the external performance of the front shock absorber of a type-125 motorcycle.Then a contrastive analysis is made between the simulated curve and the actually measured indicator diagram and velocity performance. The results provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the performance and improving the structure of the shock absorber.
