摘要
从中心城市的未来着眼 ,为建立一个舒适、健康的城市 ,并能保持持续发展 ,从环境经济的概念、城市发展的宏观设计现状及宏观设计的难点与对策三方面加以分析论证 ,并提出三种决策城市宏观设计的原则 .
In the present world, the inevitable tendency of the civilization all over the globe, the rapid increase of population, and the sharp development of economy have put the enviroment in a harsher and harsher situation, However, the enviroment is the material basis for the human to exist and develop. And it is also the common wealth of human beings. So the conditions of the ecological enviroment and the constant increase of economic activities are closely related to each other. Concerning the cities' future, here we state our opinions of the concept enviromental economy and offer three principles which decide the cities' macro design.
