摘要
从生产力、生产关系和社会观念三个层面来看 ,知识经济主要具备三个特征 :知识 智力资源 成为生产的第一要素 ;科技园 区 成为新的社会组织元素 ;创新成为时代发展的基本要求和根本动力 .伴随着知识经济的到来 ,高等教育应该着重从价值。
In view of the productive forces, the relations of production and social ideas, we find that knowledge economy shows three fundamental characteristics:knowledge(i.e.intelligence)as the capital productive factors;science parks as new cells of the society;and the idea of creation as the basic needs and intrinsic motive forces of social development.With the advent of knowledge economy,the values,sytems and the training modes of higher education are to be reformed.
