摘要
用有限元法计算仓壁静压力 ,分析中引入三种类型单元模拟贮料 筒仓组合结构 :轴对称薄壳单元、轴对称物料单元、物料与仓壁间的界面单元。物料本构关系采用DunCan Chang非线性弹性模型 ,物料与仓壁间的摩擦作用采取指数函数形式。由算例证实了计算结果与实测值之间有很好的一致性。
A finite element method is utilized to calculate static pressures on silo walls. Three types of elements are introduced so as to simulate the composite stored material silo system:1) axisymmetric shell elements for the silo wall, 2) 3~9 nodes axisymmetric elements for the stored material, 3) interface elements between the granular materials and the silo wall. The DunCan Chang's nonlinear elastic model is adopted for constitutive relationships of granular materials. An exponent function model is used for friction behavior of materials on silo walls. The uniformity of the calculative datum and the test datum is illustrated.
