玉米种子纯度电泳法鉴定与田间鉴定相关性研究

Studies on the Correlationship the Maize Seed Purity Identification Results by Protein Gel Electrophoresis and Field-planting

采用蛋白质凝胶电泳与田间种植鉴定两种方法测定了 1 2个玉米品种样品的纯度 ,结果表明室内鉴定与田间纯度鉴定结果显著相关 (相关系数为 0 .861 9) ,建立了由电泳鉴定预测种子田间种植纯度的回归方程 ( Y=32 .0 7+0 .75 89x) 。

The purities of 12 samples were identified by means of protein gel electrophoresis and field planting. The results of two ways were distinctly correlated, the correlation index r= 0.8619 ,the regress formula was y=32.07+ 0.7589 x.The results indicated that it is available to identify maize varietal purity by means of protein gel electroporesis.
