内窥镜检查十二指肠球部溃疡后进行双对比造影的研究

Double Contrast Study of the Ulcer of Duodenal Bulb After Endoscopy Examination

本文分析了经内窥镜证实的105个十二指肠球部溃疡和45个溃疡疤痕在十二指肠双对比相上的X 线表现。根据溃疡在球部的不同位置,在双对比相上可见到五种形态不同的溃疡龛影,正面观察,大多数龛影边缘光滑,并伴有周周粘膜皱襞纠集。结合内窥镜所见,提出溃疡疤痕的三点可靠X 线征象,并对球部轮廓变形在诊断球部溃疡中的意义进行评价。

The double contrast manifestationsof 105 ulcers of the duodenal bulb in100 patients which were verified byendoscopy were analysed.Of them,45 were cured after treatment.Theradiographs taken in different posi-tions showed that ulcer niches had 5morphologic appearances.The marginof most niches was smooth with foldsconverging towards it on the face-upview.According to the endoscopicfindings,we found three reliable fea-tures of ulcer scars and the defor-mity of duodenal bulb might appear inboth active and healing phase.
