原发性输尿管肿瘤的影像学诊断(附30例报告)

Image Diagnosis of Primary Ureteral Tumors(Analysis of 30 Cases)

本文对30例原发性输尿管肿瘤的影像学检查方法及X 线征象,结合手术及病理诊断进行了分析对比,认为静脉或逆行尿路造影是诊断输尿管肿瘤的重要方法,特别是(?)行尿路造影。根据其典型的X 线征象,可与输尿管结石、炎症、息肉及管腔内血凝块进行鉴别诊断,为临床手术提供依据.

Thirty patients with primary ure-teral tumor were analysed and a radi-ological-pathological correlative stu-dy was made.The authors considerthat the excretory urography,especi-ally the retrograde urography,is aimportant method to diagnose ureteraltumor,Basing on the typical X-raysigns,we could easily make a correctdiagnosis,and differentiate ureteraltumor from ureteral stone,polyps,inflammation and intraductal clot.
