摘要
环己酮在硫酸催化下进行缩合、脱水得到 2 -环己亚烷基环己酮 (Ⅰ )和 2 -(1-环己烯基 )环己酮 (Ⅱ ) ,(Ⅰ )和 (Ⅱ )在载钯催化剂催化下进行脱氢反应可以得到邻苯基苯酚 ,同时副产邻环烷基苯酚。该文主要研究 (Ⅰ )和 (Ⅱ )的催化脱氢反应 ,在一定条件下可使邻苯基苯酚的收率达 81%。
Cyclohexylidiene cyclohexanone(Ⅰ) and 2-(1-cyclohexyl)cyclohexanone(Ⅱ) could be obtained from cyclohexanone proceeding condensation and dehydration catalysed with sulfuric acid,and o phenylphenol was synthesized from the mixture of (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) with Pd supported catalysts, o cyclohexanylphenol was also formed in this process. The factors of stay time, catalyst carrier, dehydrogenation temperature and current ratio were discussed, and the yield of o-phenylphenol is as high as 81% in a certain reaction condition.
