摘要
以水果电特性理论为基础研究基于电特性的水果品质无损检测方法。分析了水果介质在交变电场作用下 ,介质内部的极化和损耗机制 ,以水果宏观电特性参数建立了电特性无损检测等效模型 ,给出了宏观电特性参数的检测方法。以苹果和梨为试验对象 ,研究了低频段 (1 0 0Hz~ 1 0 0kHz)水果电特性参数的频率特性及其与水果品质特征之间的关系 ,结果表明 ,水果的电特性参数与水果品质密切相关 ,因此 ,基于电特性参数可以实现水果在线无损自动化品质评价和自动分级。
The method of nondestructive inspection for fruit quality based on dielectric property of fruit is studied. The polarization and loss mechanism of fruit's medium in the alternating electric field is discussed, and the equivalent model of nondestructive inspection for fruit quality based on macroscopical dielectric property parameters is founded. The inspection method of macroscopical dielectric property parameters is put forward. Apples and pears, as examples, are experimented at low frequency range (100 Hz~100 kHz), and the relation between their dielectric property parameters and their quality is studied. The results of experimentation indicate that dielectric property parameters of fruit is distinctly correlative with their quality, and therefore dielectric property parameters can be used for evaluating fruit's quality and automatically selecting fruit on line nondestructively.
