摘要
2D数字式P Q复合阀采用在同一个阀芯内 ,应用阀口的三通功能实现压力和流量控制。该阀的压力控制方法较传统的P Q复合阀有较大的区别 ,即应用两个阀口构成串联阻力半桥来实现调压。同时对不同形状的调压阀口如何影响压力控制进行了分析比较 ,对压力线性输出的调压阀口形状方程进行了求解 ,得到压力线性输出的阀口形状 ,为P Q复合阀和其它阀的设计提供一定的帮助。
In the 2D digital P\|Q valve, a 3\|way valve port is applied to control both the flow rate and pressure by utilizing rotary and linear motion of a single spool. In comparision with the conventional P\|Q valve, the pressure control is realized by a hydraulic bridge connected by two valve ports inseries. The geometric shape of the valve port has a significant effect on the linearity of pressure control property. By the characteristics of the varied geometric shape, a port shape which presents linear pressure property is obtained.
