表面粗糙度对金属和塑料零件的质量有很大的影响.众所周知,表面粗糙度(类似于表面微观裂绞)是严重的应力集中源.因此,为了获得使用性能最优的塑料零件,必须保证摩擦表面具有一定的最小粗糙度.本文讨论了工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响.
Roughness of the surfaces greatly influences the quality of metallic and plastic parts. It is well known that the roughness of surface (similar to microcracks on the surface) represents the concentrated sources of serious stress. Therefore minimum but definite Roughness of the friction surfaces must be provided to garantec optimum working behavior for the plastic parts. The effect of technological parameters on the roughness of surface is discussed.
