胃大部切除术后左上腹腔脓肿的X线表现特征及其解剖基础

X-ray Manifestations of Left Upper Abdominal Abscesses Following Subtotal Gastrectomy and Its Anatomic Basis

结合手术发现,分析16例胃大部切除术后左上腹腔脓肿的X 线表现。本文显示脓腔气影94%,并发腹内扩散56%。通过对术后解剖结构改变与继发脓肿的X 线表现特点,检查方法,诊断价值的探讨,认为常规放射学在评价胃大部切除术后左上腹腔脓肿及腹内扩散中有重要作用。

Combining with operation findings,we analyzed the X-ray manifestationsin 16 cases of left upper abdominalabscesses following subtotal gastrecto-my.The result showed:15 cases(94%)had air bubbles in abscess cavity,9cases(56%)inflamation spreading tointra-abdominal spaces,According tothe analysis of post-operative anatomychanges,X-ray manifestations andexamination methods,we consider thatthe supine abdominal,films and supinehorizontal beam left-lateral filmsplay an important part in evaluatingleft upper abdominal abscesses.
