摘要
本文阐述了模糊控制算法原理,特别是超精密机床油温控制系统微机模糊控制器的设计过程(包括控制器结构的确定、模糊控制器的简化快速算法和控制表的求取等),并与PID控制器进行了比较,得出了微机模糊控制器具有超调量小、到达稳定的时间较短、对参数变化不敏感等优点.
This paper introduces the principle of Fuzzy control algorithm and elaborates in detail the design process of micro-computer Fuzzy controller in oil temperature control sys tem of ultraprecise machine tools,including the determination of the struction of the con troller,the fast and simplified algorithm of Fuzzy controller and the seeking of the control table.Compared with PID controller,micro-computer Fuzzy controller has an advantage of small ultra-adjustment,shorter time of steady reach and non-sensitivity to changes of pa rameters.
