摘要
激光检测技术在工业生产中得到了越来越广泛的应用,本文针对TP系列高精度线径检测仪的分析,讨论了为实现快速、非接触、高精度外径检测所需进行的系统设计和实现方法。文中重点讨论了CCD光电转换系统的设计,提出了高频脉冲填充法处理和采集CCD的输出信号,克服了CCD器件本身的局限性,从而提高了系统整体分辩率和检测精度。
