本文就工业窑炉微机温度控制引入积分分离式的PID调节进行了分析研究;考虑到参数时变的可能性,系统引入参数自适应大林(Dahlin)算法,可达到很高的稳态性能.通过调试,根据分析已完全符合预定要求,具有很重要的实用价值.
The authors have developed the micro-computer temperature controlling system for industrial kilns in which the PID regulation by integral splitting is introduced.If the possibility of parameters changed with time is considered,the system will have very high steady performance.According to the analysis and through debugging the system has met the expected requirements and has very important interest in practice,
