本文以流体力学理论为基础，进行了上向流轻质滤料过滤下向反冲洗机理的探讨，提出了最佳反冲洗强度的计算公式．

Based on the fluid kinetics,the mechanism of downward backwash at upflow filtration with light medium has been explored,and the formula used to evaluate the optimum backwash velocity is presented in the paper.
