棉纺工业生产的半成品、成品质量考核指标较多,并且数据处理的理论与方法不一致,不适应现代化质量管理的需要.本文拟采用变异系数CV(%)值统一考核与控制棉纺半成品、成品质量,作为尝试.

In checking quality of products in cotton spinning industries , many indices are required nowadays . There is lack of agreement in the procedure taken in data treatment with the theory concerned . This situation does not suit the requirement of modern quality control . A comprehensive method using coefficient of variation is suggested for controlling the quality of products , both finished and semifinished , in the cotton spinning industries.
