中空吹塑模具探讨

摘要 本文简介了中空吹塑适于的制品、所用的原料、基本原理及五种成型方法.论述了中空塑件的设计原则,且给出了设计参数.重点论述了该种模具的组成、分类、制造材料的选用,以及模具的整体结构.在设计要点里,编入了模具的模口、夹坯口、余料槽、冷却管道、排气孔道的设计方法,型腔表面花纹的处理方法,锁模力的计算方法,带刻度容器与螺纹部分收缩的计算方法,以及型坯下垂与膨胀比的计算方法.并以表格、简图提供了有关的数据参数. The articles suitable to be processed by cavity blowing are briefly introduced,together with raw materials used, 5 different methods of formation and the fundamental principles concerned. The design principles of cavity articles and the designing parameters are explained . The molds used in blow molding are specifically discussed,including die classification,the structure of the entire mold and its component parts ,and the raw materials to be selected for fabrication. Key points in designing the molds are described in detail, including the design of the orifice ,the pinch-off, the surplus materials cuviry , the cooling pipe and the exhaust ports. Methods for treating decorations on the surface of the mold and calculation of the locking force , the parison drop , the expansion ratio , and the contraction of the graduated vessel and threads are also given . Design parameters and useful data are listed in tables and described in diagrams .
