下颌第一磨牙残冠的核冠修复

Core Crown Reconstruction of Resident Crown of First Molar of Mandible

采用核冠对磨牙残冠进行修复。结果:27例34颗患牙经追踪修复观察3年,未发现有修复体松动、脱落。患牙无继发龋发生,效果满意。

Thirty four residual crowns of 27 cases were restored with full core crown,and patients were followed up for 3 years.The results showed that none of the restorations became loosened or fall.There was no secondary caries occurring in all treated teeth and the clinical effects are satisfactory.
