慢性迁延性肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞内HBV DNA的存在与白细胞介素-2关系的研究

HBV(乙型肝炎病毒)不仅具有嗜肝性,而且还广泛存在于肝外组织中。近年来,许多学者在乙型肝炎患者的 PBMCs(外周血单个核细胞)中也检测到 HBV DNA序列。这一发现提示,HBV 感染免疫细胞可能与乙型肝炎患者的免疫细胞功能障碍有关。但目前有关这方面的资料甚少。本文以28名慢性迁延性肝炎(慢迁肝)

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from 28 patients with chronic persistent hepatitis B (CPH) and 10 normal individuals for detecting HBV DNA and interleukin-2 (IL-2) .HBV DNA was found in the PBMCs from 9 patients but was absent in 10 normal controls.IL-2 activities from both group with HBV DNA detected and group without HBV DNA detected were markedly decrea- sed in comparision with 10 controls (P<0. 01) IL-2 activity of PBMCs from group with HBV DNA detected was significantly lower than that of group without HBV DNA detected (P<0. 05) .The results indicate that the existence of HBV DNA in PBMCs is one of the causes of the decrease in IL-2 activity and that HBV in PBMCs is related to any specific or global defect in the function of them,these may play an important role on the immunopathogenesis of the disease such as causing the process cryptoplasmically and chronically etc.
