摘要 用NADPH-d组织化学方法对大鼠大脑半球髓质及基底核内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的分布及形态特征进行了系统的观察。结果:在胼胝体、前连合、穹窿、扣带、外囊、屏状核、杏仁体内均可见少量中、小型阳性神经元,大部分阳性神经元可见突起及膨体。内囊内未见阳性神经元及纤维。新纹状体内可见散在的深染的一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元,双极或多极突起,其内可见密集的阳性纤维,以其腹侧部为多,苍白球内阳性神经元。 The distribution and morphological characteristics of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the rat medullary substance of cerebral hemisphere and basal ganglia were examined histochemically with NADPH diaphorasen in this tudy.The results showed that a few NOS positive neurons of small to mediumsized were present in the corpus callosum,anterior commissure,fornix,cingulum,external capsule,claustrum and amygdaloid body.Most of NOS positive neurons had processes and varicosities.The neurons and fibers of the interanal capsule were unstained.The neostriatum contained a scattered population of medium sized,bipolar of multipolar neurons that were intensely NADPH diaphorase positive,There gave rise of a dense fiber network in striatum.These cells and fibers were more frequent in the ventral portion of this nucleus.Few positive neurons and fibers were present in globus pallidus.
