抗白念珠菌IgY的动物实验研究

Experimental Study of the Specific IgY against Candida Albicans

目的:制备抗白念珠菌特异性IgY,并对其活性及应用进行研究。方法:自烧伤继发感染白念珠菌病人的创面分离出的白念珠菌免疫蛋鸡,并对从该鸡产的蛋白中分离提取出的特异性IgY进行纯化及活性测定,同时用于烧伤大鼠感染白念珠菌的预防。结果:本实验制备的IgY有与白念珠菌特异性结合的能力,并能明显抑制烧伤鼠创面(痂下组织)继发感染白念珠菌。

Objectilve:To prepare specific IgY against Candida albicans and to study its activity and application.Methods:The specific IgY Against Candida albicans was extracted from the yolk of eggs laid by hens immunized by Candida albicans isolated from patients with burns secondarily infected with Candida albicans.The specific IgY was purified and its activity was determined and used for prevention of infection by Candida albicans in the rats with burns.Results:The prepared IgY has the ability to combine Candida albicans specifically and to inhibit secondary infection by Candida albicans significantly on the burned surface of the rats model.Concluslon:The results indicate that the specific IgY against Candida albicans would be helpful in preventing the rats with burn from secondary infection by Candida albicans.
