脊椎结核的CT诊断(附68例分析)

CT Diagnosisis of Vertebral Tuberculosis

对经手术、病理证实的68例脊椎结核患者的CT扫描资料作回顾性分析,分别观察椎体,椎间盘,附件破坏的情况,脓肿的有无。结果:68例脊椎结核的CT表现特征为骨质破坏,死骨形成,椎旁脓肿,椎间隙狭窄,脊柱成角畸型。结论:CT检查能细致地显示脊椎结核病变内的结构,病变程度,波及范围,观察全面、准确。

A retrospective analysis of CT scanning information of 68 cases with vertebral tuberculosis confirmed by operation and pathology was made to observe the destruction of vertebral body,intervertebral disc and surrounding structures,with or without abscess.Results:The characteristic manifestations of vertebral tuberculosis were destruction of bone,sequestration,paravertebral abscess narrowing of intervertebral space and angulation deformity of the vertebral column.Conclusion:CT examination can precisely demonstrate the structure,degree of pathological changes and the scope of involvements of vertebral tuberculosis.It is therefore a method of high applied value in imaging examination.
