摘要
对180名健康自愿者,1620段颅内动脉进行彩色多普勒超声检测。每例观察包括左右大脑前、中、后动脉,椎动脉(颅内段)及基底动脉,分别测量各段血管的收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、搏动指数、阻力指数。并将其分成20~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁,50~59岁,60岁以上五个年龄组进行比较。统计学处理后结果显示:同名血管相同年龄组不同性别血流参数无显著差异(P>0.05);同一受检者左、右两侧同名血管血流参数无显著差异(P>0.05);血流速度随年龄增加而呈逐渐降低趋势(P<0.05)。并列出了正常人脑动脉血流速度的参考值。
To determine the normal values of cerebral arteries,1 620 segments of intracranial arteries including the left and right middle cerebral,anterior cerebral and posterior cerebral arteries,vertebral arteries (intracranial segment) and basilar artery in 180 healthy volunteers were examined by color coded Doppler sonography.The peak systolic velocity (Vs),end diastolic velocity (Vd),pulsation index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were investigated respectively and compared between age groups,i.e.Ⅰ.20 ̄29,Ⅱ.30 ̄39,Ⅲ.40 ̄49,Ⅳ.50 ̄59 and Ⅴ.over 60 years old of both sexes.The results treated statistically indicated no significant difference in blood flow parameter between synonymous vessels in the same age group ( P >0.05),nor between those on bilateral sides in the same person ( P <0.05).A reference value of normal human cerebral blood flow velocity is suggested.
