Provisional Crown and Bridge Restoration after Abutment Preparation

铸造及烤瓷冠、桥修复时，牙体制备后需要制作一副暂时冠、桥来保护被制备过的基牙，减少牙髓刺激，稳定基牙位置，有利于日后冠桥的就位。方法：应用间接法制作暂时冠桥，所用材料均为修复临床上常用材料，在口腔外制作成，对基牙牙髓无刺激。患者在同一次就诊时间内即可戴上暂时冠桥，该方法简单、快捷。同时还讨论了暂时冠桥制作过种中的注意事项。

During casting porcelain crown and bridge restoration, a provisional crown and bridge is needed to reduce irritation to the pulp and to protect and stabilize the abutment so as to benefit the final restoration seating.The method of manufacturing provisional crown and bridge here was indirect method which was performed outside the patient′s mouth,without irritation to abutment pulp.the materials for making provisional crown and bridge were common materials used routinely in clinic.the provisional crown and bridge could be inserted into the prepared abutments at the same visit.This method is simple,quick and easy.The points for attention of this method have been discussed as well.
