听神经瘤的CT诊断与分析(附23例报告)

CT Diagnosis and Analysis of Acoustic Neuroma (A Report of 23 Cases

对２３例听神经瘤ＣＴ扫描资料，进行回顾性分析，结果发现听神经瘤的ＣＴ诊断要点为：（１）桥小脑角区均匀的等密度或者低密度占位影；（２）平扫病灶边界不清，增强后境界清楚，呈光滑或分叶状；（３）肿块以内听道口为中心生长；（４）内听道漏斗样扩大和岩骨尖骨质吸收破坏。结论：听神经瘤的ＣＴ诊断，结合临床一般无困难。

A retrospective analysis of CT scanning on twenty three cases of acoustic neuroma was made.The main criteria for the CT diagnosis of acoustic neuroma were:①A homogeneous space occupying mass of isodensity or low density at the pontocerebellar angle;②on plain scan the margin of the lesion was not well defined,but after enhancement,it became clear with smooth or lobulated contour;③the tumor growth is centered at the internal acoustic pore;④the internal acoustic meatus enlarged like a funnel and the bone matrix of the apex of petrous was absorbed and destroyed.Conclusion:In general,the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma in combination with clinical features is not difficult.
