区域免疫治疗与化疗在耳鼻咽喉科复发晚期恶性肿瘤上的应用(附7例报告)

Application of Topical Immunotherapy and Chemotherapy to Recurrence of Advanced Otorhinolaryngologic Carcinoma (A Report of Seven Cases)

为探索区域免疫治疗与化疗对耳鼻咽喉科晚期复发恶性肿瘤的作用，本文应用重组人白细胞介素－２和重组干扰素－ｒ联合平阳霉素，顺铂和氨甲喋呤对７例晚期复发的耳鼻咽喉恶性肿瘤进行了治疗。结果显示３例显效，２例有效，２例无效。提示区域免疫治疗与化疗对复发的耳鼻咽喉肿瘤是有效的。文章对区域免疫治疗与化疗的理论基础，免疫与化疗的联合方式等进行了分析和讨论。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of topical immunotherapy and chemotherapy on the recurrence of advanced otorhinolaryngologic carcinoma.Seven patients with recurrence of advanced otorhinolaryngologic carcinoma received topical injection of rIL 2,rIFN r,and PM,DDP and MTX.Of them,3 had complete response,2 partial response and 2 no response.These results suggest that combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy have notable effect on advanced otorhinolaryngological carcinoma.The theoretical basis and the way of combining immunotherapy and chemotherapy were analysed and discussed.
