川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护 被引量:4

摘要 观察了川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤时细胞膜腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性,脂质过氧化物,氧自由基及心肌组织钙含量的影响。结果显示,与缺血再灌组比较,川芎嗪保护组的心肌细胞膜 Ca^(2+)-ATP 酶和 K^+Na^+-ATP 酶活性分别升高87.6%(P<0.01)和95.4%(P<0.01)心肌细胞膜及线粒体中 MDA 含量则呈非常显著性下降,并伴随 SOD 活性和 GSH.PX/MDA 比值显著性升高,心肌组织钙含量为显著性减少。表明川芎嗪可通过提高对氧自由基的清除及拮抗脂质过氧化反应来保护缺血再灌注损伤心肌。 The effects of Liqustrazin on adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase),Oxygen free radicals and Lipid peroxide in myocardial cell membrane and in mitochondria during myocardial is- chemiareperfusion injury in rats were observed.As compared with the onprotected group,the group protected with Liqustrazin showed that activitiss of Ca^(2+)-ATPase and K^+Na^(-1)ATPase in the myocardial cell membrane increased by 87.6% and 95.4 respectively(P<0.01). MDA content decrased remarkablely in the myocardial cell membrane and mitochondria,and in postischemia reperfusion myocardium MDA reduced with SOD activity and GSH.PX/MDa rate elevated significantly.The result indicated liqustrazin has notable protective effect on postischemia reperfusion myocardium,which is due to its scavenging oxygen free radicals and its anti-lipid peroxyidation reaction.
