逆行性牙髓炎56例临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases of Retrograde Pulpitis

分析了逆行性牙髓炎56例,显示该病的发病率随年龄的增高而增高,其中以46～60岁年龄组为最高(27/56);发病因素中以复合性牙周炎所致者为最多(28/56);其次为胎创伤(17/56),其他牙周炎较少(11/56)。完成治疗一年后,成功22例(39.3%),好转25例(44.6%),失败9例(16.1%)。作者认为在牙髓治疗的同时进行彻底的牙周治疗与调(牙合)

Fifty six cases of retrograde pulpitis have been reported and analysed in this paper.The results showed that the attack rate of this disease rised following the rise of years,it was the highest in the group of 46～60 years(27/56).Of the cause of the disease,compound peri- odontitis was the most(28/56),occlusal traumatism was more(17/56),other periodontitis was cess(11/56).When the treatment finished after one year,of the 56 cases,22(39.3%) were cured,25(44.6%)improved significantly and 9(16.1%)failed.It is suggested that pe- riodontal treatment and treating occlusal traumatism thoroughly were successful keys when pulp was freated at the same time.
