原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤临床病理特征

Clinical Pathologic features of Primrary Malignant Lymphoma in Central Nervous System

报道5例原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤,并分析其临床病理特征。在组织学类型上5例均为弥漫型,其中1例低度恶性小淋巴细胞型,2例低度恶性大、小细胞混合型,1例中度恶性小裂细胞型,1例高度恶性裂、无裂细胞型。免疫组化染色表现为 LCA 全部阳性,4例 CD_(20)阳性,1例 CD_(45)RO 阳性。证实中枢神经系统淋巴瘤多为 B 细胞型,其临床表现病程短,死亡率高,术前明确诊断较为困难。

Five cases of primarary malignant lymphomasin of central nerve system were reported and their clinical patholgical features were analysed.Histologically,all cases were diffuse type.Among them,one was low-grade malignant small lymphocyt type,two low-grade malig- nant large and small cell mixture type,one middle-grade malignant small cleaved cell,one high malignant cleaved and non cleaved.Immunohistochemical staining showed that all cases were LCA positive,four cases CD_(20)positive,one case CD_(45)RO positive.The results demon- strated that most of the lymphoma in the central nervous system were B-cell type.The pa- tients presented short clinical period and high mortality.The pre-operative diagnosis of the disease was relatively difficult.
