采用软塑料牙托戴鞣酸氟化物在牙面上防龋(一年临床观察研究)

Prevention of Dental Caries by Loading Soft Plastic Tray with 0.5% Tannin Fluoride Gel on Teeth (A 12-month Clinical Observation)

选择 40 0名 12至 14岁学生 ,分为二组在临床上进行一年实验观察。实验组采用鞣酸氟化物制成凝胶 ,置放在超薄型软塑料牙列托盘上 ,直接戴套在牙面上 ,为期两周。对照组用 0 .2 %含氟漱口水每周一次 ,为期一年。一年后观察结果 :实验组患龋率由 76 %降低为 48.5 % ,龋均由 2 .75降低为 1.0 9,无一例新发生龋病病例 ;对照组患龋率由 74%减低为 5 6 % ,龋均由 2 .86降为 1.97。结论 :二组防龋效果比较具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,实验组防龋效果显著 ,使用安全、方便。

Four hundred students,aged 12 to 14,were selected and equally divided into 2 groups. The experimental group,were subjected direct to application of dentofacial soft plastic tray supported gel made from 0.5% tannin fluoride mixture over every night for 2 weeks.The control group used gargle containing 0.2% fluoride once a week for 1 year.Both groups were cxamined after 1 year.The results showed that the incidence of dental caries decreased from 76% to 48.5% and DFT from 2.75 to 1.09 in the experimental group,while in the control group,the incidence of caries decreased from 74% to 56% and DFT from 2.86 to 1.97.Conclusion:Significant differences in the effect of prevention of caries exist between the two groups. The experimental group is more prominent.as well as safe and convenient.
