3508例不同时期住院死亡病例死因分析

An Analysis of the Causes of Death of 3 508 Inpatients during 1981-1985 and 1991-1995

对某综合性医院 1981～ 1985年和 1991～ 1995年的住院死亡病例 35 0 8例进行了死因比较分析。结果表明 :住院死亡病例的死因基本无改变。其前 5位死因为 :恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、循环系统疾病、传染病和寄生虫病以及消化系统疾病。男性死亡病例均明显高于女性 ,死亡年龄构成以 35～ 6 4岁年龄组的死亡病例所占比重大。提示今后医院的医疗工作重点仍然是以恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒、心脑血管病为主的疾病 ,而传染病和寄生虫病的防治也不容忽视 ,并且应特别注意加强中老年人疾病的防治工作。

An analysis of the causes of death of 3 508 inpatients during 1981 to 1985 and 1991 to 1995 in a general hospital was carried out.The results showed that the causes of death of inpatients didn′t change basically.The leading causes of death were malignant tumors,injury and intoxication, diseases of circulatory,infectious and parasitic diseases and diseases of digestive system. Much more deaths were found in males than in females with the majority of deaths between the age of 35-64 years.It is suggested that the main points of medical work in hospitals are malignant tumors,injury and intoxication and cerebrovascular diseases.But infectious and parasitic diseases shouldn′t be ignored.Moreover,special attention should be paid to prevention and treatment of diseases of middle aged and elders.
