银川市糖尿病患者与正常人群血脂水平比较

A COMPARISON OF BLOOD LIPIDS BETWEEN DIABETIC PATIENTS AND NORMAL POPULATION IN YINCHUAN CITY

以银川市部分机关３５岁以上干部为研究对象，观察和分析了７２名糖尿病患者和７０５名正常人群的血脂差异。结果表明，女性糖尿病组ＴＧ、ＴＣ显著高于女性正常人群及男性糖尿病组，男性糖尿病组与正常人群间血脂水平未发现统计学差别。ＨＤＬ－Ｃ在各组未发现差别。应用ＴＨ指标对ＴＣ和ＨＤＬ－Ｃ进行了综合分析。

This article investigated and analysed the differences of blood lipids between 72 diabetic patients and 705 normal subjects.All subjects were cadres over 35 years old.The results showed that TG,TC of female diabetes group were significantly higher than that of female normal population and male diabetes group.The significant differences of TG,TC between male diabetes group and male normal population were not found. The significant differences of HDL-C were not found among other groups.
