确炎舒松-A和强的松治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床研究

A PROSPECTIVE STUDY ON THE TREATMENT FOR ORAL LICHEN PLANUS WITH TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE AND PREDNISON

把５８例口腔扁平苔癣（ＯＬＰ）患者随机分为两组，Ａ组采用确炎舒松－Ａ病损局部粘膜下注射并口服强的松；Ｂ组单纯口服强的松。用药３～４周后观察临床疗效，Ａ组总有效率为１００％，显效率为９１７％；Ｂ组总有效率为７２７％，显效率为３６４％，两组疗效有显著差异（Ｐ＜００５）。说明确炎舒松－Ａ局注和强的松口服的联合用药是一种更为有效的ＯＬＰ治疗方法。

58 patients with Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B. Patients in group A were treated with triamcinolone acetonide(injected submembranously) and prednison(orally).Patients in group B were treated with prednison.Clinical results are observed after three to four weeks.The results showed that the effect of triamcinolone acetonide of group A is superior to that of group B (P<0.05),and that the therapy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with prednison is more effective for treating OLP.
