摘要
通过对１９８１～１９９６年间１１０例双胎妊娠的病例分析，发现双胎并发妊高征、贫血、胎膜早破较单胎多见，早产发生率及围产儿死亡率亦高。其中双胎妊娠合并贫血占３７３％，重度妊高征占２４５％，羊水过多占１６４％，早产发生率３４５％，新生儿死亡率５２％，剖宫产率３３６％。提示：积极做好双胎妊娠的孕产期保健，及时正确地防治并发症，是降低双胎妊娠围产儿死亡的关键。
Through the fifteen years (1981～1995) anslysis on 110 cases about twin pregnancy we have found that twin pregnancy is always complicated by hypertension, anemia and premature rupture of fetal membranes, and the rate of premature birth and perinatal mortality are higher, the rate of anemia is 87.3%, the severe hypertension of pregnancy is 24.5%,the hydramnios is 16.4%,the premature birth is 34.5% ,the newborn baby′s mortality is 5.4% and the abdominal delivery is 33.6%,indicating that health services during twin pregnancy and delivery period are the keys to reduce perinatal mortality of the twin.
