The Experience of Treatment of Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis by Percutaneous Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty

目的 :初步探讨经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术 (PBMV)技术操作中的几个问题及处理对策。方法 :采用国产单球囊导管对 4例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者进行PBMV。结果 :4例患者均获成功 ,血流动力学均明显好转。结论

Objectives: To discuss some problems and its solving methods about technology of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). Method: 4 cases of rheumatic mitral stenosis were treated by PBMV with single balloon catheter.Result: All of the 4 cases were successfully operated.Conclusion: The improvement of the methods about technology of PBMV increased the safety and efficiency of operation.
