摘要
智能网上所有结点都必须有一套过载控制机制以便在结点过载时拒绝继续呼叫 .业务控制结点包括业务逻辑并提供各种业务 ;业务交换结点负责检测业务请求 .通过对智能网过载控制机制的研究发现 ,要想获得高效率的控制 ,拒收机制必须放在业务交换结点中 ,而不应该放在业务控制结点中 .其算法对于业务交换结点来说兼顾公平与效率 。
All nodes in the intelligent network (IN) must have an overload control mechanism which protects the node by rejecting calls when the load on the node is too high. The service control points (SCPs) containing the service logic are used to provide IN services, and the service switching points (SSPs) are responsible for detecting requests for IN services. The authors investigate overload control mechanisms for the SCPs and present a rejecting mechanism in the SSPs to achieve an efficient overload control. The mechanism is not in the SCPs. In order to acquire both efficiency and fairness of the algorithms among SSPs, the SCPs must control the acceptance rate.
