健骨二仙丸对去势大鼠骨量和血脂的影响

The Influence of JIANGUERXIANWAN On the Bone Mass and Lipoprotein Metabolism in the Ovarietomized Rat

目的 :观察健骨二仙丸和倍美力对去势大鼠骨量和血脂等指标的影响。方法 :1 2月龄雌性 SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组 ( OVX)、雌激素对照组 ( OVX+E)、健骨二仙丸 1、2组 ( OVX+J1、J2 ) ,卵巢切除后 7天开始给药 ,4月后第二次检测骨量 ,6月处死大鼠检测血脂、ALP、Ga和 P。结果 :空白对照组实验后骨量显著减少 ,雌激素对照 (倍美力 )组和健骨二仙丸组的骨量显著高于空白对照组 ;雌激素对照组和健骨二仙丸 2组血浆总胆固醇 ( TC)显著低于空白对照组 ;雌激素对照组甘油三脂 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白 ( HDL-h)较空白对照组显著升高 ,健骨二仙丸 1组 TC、TG及 HDL与空白对照组比较无显著性差异 ;雌激素对照组和健骨二仙丸2组 TC和低密度脂蛋白 ( LDL-c)较空白对照组显著降低。结论 :健骨二仙丸可有效防止卵巢切除大鼠骨量的丢失而不会导致血脂的升高 ,可有效防治骨质疏松。

Objective:To determined the influence of JIANGUERXIANWAN and conjugated estrogen on the bone mass and lipoprotein metabolism in the ovariectomized rat.Methods:Forty female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups:Control group(OVX group),Conjugated estrogen group(OVX+E group),and JIANGUERXIANWAN 1,2 groups (OVX+J1,J2 groups),and the drugs or placebo was given per oral daily for 6 months from the 7th day of having been ovarictomized.The whole body Bone Mineral Density(BMD) and Bone Mineral Contents(BMC) were measured before and 4 months after ovariectomizing, and the serum Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Calcium,Phosphates, total cholesterol, triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, the femur BMD and BMC were tested 6 months later.Results:OVX+E group OVX+J groups had higher mean levels of whole body and femur BMD and BMC than OVX group,the total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the OVX and OVX+J1 group had no significant difference. The triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of OVX+J2 group were significantly lower than those of OVX group.Conclusion:JIANGUERXIANWAN could effectively inhibit bone loss induced by ovariectomy in the SD female rat and decrease the triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level.JIANGUERXIANWAN has positive effects on bone and preventing osteoporosis.
