探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和P物质 (SP)在SD大鼠扣带束及周围皮质 (CB/CT)对伤害性刺激反应的作用。应用热板和机械压力实验法 ,以大鼠后爪缩爪反应潜伏期 (HWL)为痛阈指标 ,观察CB/CT微量注射CGRP或SP后的HWL的变化。CB/CT内注射 0 .12 5 ,0 .2 5 ,0 .5nmolCGRP或SP均显著地降低大鼠对热板的双侧HWL ,且呈量效关系 ;0 .12 5nmolCGRP或 0 .5nmolSP能显著降低大鼠对机械压力的HWL。CB/CT微量注射CGRP或SP使大鼠对热板和机械压力刺激发生痛敏。
To investigate the effects of administration of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (SP) in intra cingulum bundle / surrounding cortex tissue (CB/CT) on the responses to nociceptive stimulation in awake rats, the latency of hindpaw withdrawal (HWL) from the hot plate (52 ℃) and the Randall Selitto Test in SD rats were used as an index to measure the pain threshold, and the effect of CGRP and SP on HWL were observed by drugs intra CB/CT injection. It was found that intra CB/CT administration of 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 nmol CGRP or SP induced dose dependent and significant bilateral decreases in HWL from thermal stimulation. Administration of 0.125 nmol CGRP or 0.5 nmol SP attenuated bilateral HWL to mechanical stimulation significantly. The results demonstrated that intra CB/CT administration of CGRP and SP produced hyperalgesia to thermal and mechanical stimulation in intact rats.
