摘要
用两种临床常用的刺激方式 TOF 和 ST 观察去极化类肌松药琥珀胆碱对离体大白鼠膈肌肌力抑制作用及恢复过程。结果示 TOF 时琥珀胆碱(30μg/ml)起效过程较快.其起效时间为2.0±0.57min,而用 ST 刺激时为2.6±0.7min(P<0.05)。但 TOF 时琥珀胆碱作用后膈肌肌力恢复较慢,其恢复指数(RI)较用 ST 时长4.1min。作者认为,刺激方式本身能影响肌松剂的作用过程,包括起效及恢复过程,对临床应用不同刺激方式监测肌松剂作用及用药有意义。
The onset and recovery of the rat diaphragm from neuromuscular bloekade werestudied with two different stimulations(TOF and ST).The rat diaphragm preparationwas perfused with a cholinesterase-free solution and stimulated electrically via the phrenicnerve.Muscle paralysis was induced by succinylcholine(Sch)(30μg/ml).The onset timeaveraged 2.0±0.57 min for Sch with TOF and it was prolonged to 2.6±0.7 min with ST(P<0.05).The time for recovery from 25-75% recovery averaged 5.1±3.27 min for Schwith ST and 9.2±4.79 min with TOF(P<0.05).In general,TOF and ST stimulationscan affect both onset and recovery of the depolarizing relaxants.
