摘要 观察雌激素对卵巢切除大鼠海马齿状回长时程增强的影响。采用电生理 (长时程增强 )指标探讨雌激素对卵巢切除大鼠海马齿状回长时程增强的影响。结果提示 :卵巢切除后 (3个月 ) ,大鼠海马齿状回颗粒细胞层的群峰电位幅度 (PS)明显下降 ,给予雌激素替代后具有明显的改善作用。由此可见 。 Electrophysiological technique was employed to study the effect of estrogen on long term potentiation (LTP) in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus in the ovariectomized rats. The results showed that the population spike amplitude in the granule cellular layer of the dentate gyrus was significantly reduced after ovariectomy, which was antagonized by 17β estradiol replacement. Thus estrogen deficiency may lead to the decrease of the hippocampal synapse plasticity.
