摘要 从三花紫菊 (NotoseristrifloraShih) (3)全草的甲醇提取物中分离鉴定出 17个化合物 ,其中 14个为倍半萜内酯 :dihydrosantamarine (1) ,sonchusideA (2 ) ,annuolidesD (3) ,ixerisosideD (4 ) ,11β,13 dihydro hyporadiolide 8 0 (2 methylac rylate) (5 ) ,hyporadiolide 8 0 (2 methylacrylate) (6 ) ,hypochoerolideG (7) ,hypochoerolideE (8) ,11β,13 dihydrolactucin (9) ,ci choriosideB (10 ) ,jacquilenin (11) ,austricin (12 ) ,crepidiasideA (13)和crepidiasideB (14) ,另外 3个化合物分别鉴定为 3,5 二甲氧基 4 羟基苯甲醛 (15 ) ,β 谷甾醇 (16 )和胡萝卜苷 (17) .上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到 .图 1表 1参 From the methanol extract of the whole plant of Notoseris triflora Shih, seventeen compounds were isolated by column chromatography. Their structures were identified as dihydrosantamarine (1), sonchuside A (2), annuolides D (3), ixerisoside D (4), 11 β ,13 dihydro hyporadiolide 8 0 (2 methylacrylate)(5), hyporadiolide 8 0 (2 methylacrylate)(6), hypochoerolide G (7), hypochoerolide E (8), 11 β ,13 dihydrolactucin (9), cichorioside B (10), jacquilenin(11), austricin(12), crepidiaside A (13), crepidiaside B (14), 3,5 dimethoxyl 4 hydroxy benzaldehyde (15), β sitosterol (16) and daucosterol (17), respectively. All the compounds above were isolated from this plant for the first time. Fig 1,Tab 1,Ref 14
