摘要
本文采用 ICP法测定了合子草种子中无机元素含量 ,共检出 2 0种元素 ,其中以 K元素含量最高为 12 336 .6 8(μg/ g)。采用 GS- MS联用仪首次分析了合子草种子中脂肪油的组成 ,共分离鉴定出 11种化合物。它们是癸烷、莰醇、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、7-十六 (碳 )烯酸、软脂酸、十八酸二烯酸、反油酸、硬脂酸及花生酸。其中以不饱和脂肪酸含量最高。为合子草种子资源开发利用提供了实验资料。
The ICP was used to determine the contents of the inorganic elements of the seeds in Actinostemma tenerum. Twenty elements were determined.The content of K element was the hightest in whole elements.The GC MS was used to analyze chemical constituents of fat oil of the seeds.The results showed that the fat oil are consist of 11 chemical compounds which are n decane,1 borneol,lauric acid,myristic acid,pentadecanic acid,palmitolic acid,palmitic acid,8,11 octadecdienonic acid,elaidic acid,stearic acid and arachidic acid.
