摘要
利用生物活性试验和1HNMR追踪 ,从香港地钱 (MarchantiapaleaceaBertol)的乙醇提取物中简单快速分离具有抗菌活性的三个已知芳香化合物 :2 羟基 3,7 二甲氧基菲 (1) ,marchantinC(2 )和isoriccardinC(3)。化合物 (1)
From the 95% ethanol extract of the Hong Kong liverwort Marchantia paleacea Bertol,guided by bioactivity directed isolation three known compounds which possessed activity against the Gram positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis .2 hydroxy 3,7 dimethoxyphenanthrene(1),marchantin C(2) and isoriccardin C(3) were isolated.The NMR data of comp.1 were revised by X ray crystallographic analysis.
