摘要 基因疫苗被视为“第三次疫苗革命” ,是目前疫苗研究领域的热点。本文回顾了基因疫苗的诞生 ,阐述了其优越性 ,重点讨论了增强其免疫效应的策略 ,包括合理的载体设计。 Genetic vaccines are being considered as 'third revolution of vaccines'. At the present time, they are a hotspot of the field of vaccine research. This review discussed the birth of genetic vaccines and their advantages; it also expatiated on approaches designed to enhance their efficacy including reasonable vector's design, co expression with cytokine and co stimulatory, fitting routes of vaccination etc..
