发展我国期货电子化交易初探

Development of China's electronic futures trade

针对我国传统期货交易面临的巨大挑战 ,分析了发展期货电子化交易的必要性和可能性 ,提出了推进我国期货电子化交易的措施和步骤 :(1)正视电子化交易对行业产生的巨大影响 ,切实加以研究和应用 ;(2 )计划引导倾力合作及引入风险投资 ;(3)注意期货电子化交易系统的安全防范 ;(4)利用技术创新 ,建立以集中化、智能化为主要标志的期货电子化交易平台。

To counter the great challenges on conventional futures trade in China, necessity and possibility to develop electronic futures trade are analysed, and the measures to accelerate China's electronic futures trade are proposed as follows. (1)Its great influence on the industry should be faced, researched and utilized. (2)It should be guided by plan and be put into full cooperation, and risk investment should be adopted. (3)Security of electronic futures trade system should be paid attention to. (4)Making use of technological innovation, the electronic futures trade platform marked by centralization and intelligence should be established.
