目的 研究大孔吸附树脂 AB- 8对苦参总黄酮的吸附性能及原液浓度、p H值、流速、洗脱剂的种类对树脂吸附性能的影响。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定苦参中总黄酮的含量。结果 AB- 8树脂对苦参总黄酮的适宜吸附条件为 :原液浓度为 0 .2 85 m g/m L,p H值为 4,流速为 3BV/h;洗脱剂用 5 0 %乙醇时 ,解吸效果较好。结论
