RP-HPLC-ELSD法测定知母药材及含知母制剂中菝葜皂苷元的含量

Determination of sarsasapogenin in crude Anemarrhena asphodeloides and its preparation by RP-HPLC-ELSD

目的 阐明 EL SD对于检测菝葜皂苷元等不含发色团的化合物是一种优越的检测器 ,为知母药材及含知母制剂提供了一种可靠的质检手段。方法 采用 RP- HPL C- EL SD法测定知母药材及含知母制剂中菝葜皂苷元的含量。结果 分离完全的色谱峰 ,有良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9990 ,对药材及制剂测定的回收率分别为 10 0 .5 %、91.38%。结论 该方法先进、可靠、简便 。
