目的 旨在建立中药材鉴定新方法。方法 采用粉末 X衍射 Fourier谱分析方法 ,通过对 2个蛤蚧与 1个西藏蛤蚧样品进行了分析计算。结果 获得了蛤蚧的标准 X衍射 Fourier谱及特征标记峰值。结论 表明

Object To establish a new method for the identification of Chinese medicinal materials (CMM). Methods Two Gekko gecko Linnaeus and one Agama himalayana Steindachner samples were analyzed and calculated by X ray diffraction Fourier pattern. Results The standard X ray diffraction Fourier pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of G. gecko and A.himalayana samples were obtained. Conclusion The powder X ray diffraction Fourier pattern analysis has a broad practical prospect in the study of CMM.
